shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore. Orders will typically be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, unless we face a sudden large influx of orders (e.g. during sales or Valentine's day or Mother's day).

Singapore

express delivery - We offer the option of specific date delivery for crochet and balloon products at S$20. We will ensure the order is delivered on the date selected during the checkout step, sometime between 9am to 10pm. All other orders will be delivered via standard delivery.

standard shipping - Orders within Singapore will be sent out in a parcel form via SingPost/SPX, and it takes 3-7 business days to be delivered. You might not get your order on the date you selected, but it will be around 1-3 days before or after the selected date.

pickup - For crochet and balloon products, you may opt for order pick-up during the checkout process. Look at individual product listing for their pickup availability.

International - Tattoos

Currently, we ship temporary tattoo stickers internationally from Singapore via the national postal service. These will typically arrive at your destination anywhere between 10 - 20 business days. Shipping to non-capital cities may take longer. 

Note: We only ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

DAP (Delivered At Place). For all international orders, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees when the package arrives in your country. These charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office. 

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. Customers who wish to return their orders due to customs and taxes will need to pay any additional shipping cost that may be incurred.
