2. Crochet Products (flower bouquets, keychains, accessories, bags and coasters)  

2.1. handicroft offers a variety of handmade crochet products, including flower bouquets, accessories, plushies, keychains, and more.

3. Balloons (uninflated balloons and helium balloons)

3.1. Balloons may vary slightly in colour and design from images displayed on the website.

3.2. Due to the inherently fragile nature of balloons, customers are advised to handle balloons with care to prevent damage.

3.3. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise after delivery, including but not limited to the handling and storage of balloons.

3.4. Upon receiving your balloon order, we recommend handling them with care. please note that once the balloons are delivered to your hands, their performance is beyond our control.

3.5. While we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we are not responsible for any balloons that burst after they have been delivered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in handling balloons responsibly.

 

4. Event Decorations Service

4.1. Decorations may vary slightly in colour, size, or design from images displayed in promotional materials or on the website. We strive to replicate designs as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to the handmade and customised nature of balloon arrangements.

4.2. Booking and Payment

4.2.1. To secure our event balloon decoration services, customers are required to make full payment upon booking through our website.

4.2.2. Final payment is due on or before the event date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of the decoration service.

4.2.3. Any additional services, modifications, or add-ons requested after the full payment has been made will be subject to additional charges. Customer will be informed of these charges, and payment must be made before the event date.

4.3. Venue and Logistics

4.3.1. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the venue is suitable for balloon decorations and complies with any necessary regulations.

4.3.2. We are not be liable for any issues arising from venue restrictions, access limitations, or other logistical challenges.

4.4. Changes and Cancellations

4.4.1. Any changes to the decoration order must be communicated at least 21 days before the event date.

4.4.2. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4.5. Liability

4.5.1. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from the use of our services.

4.5.2. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents or damages that may occur during or after the event.

4.6. Customer Cooperation

4.6.1. Customers are expected to cooperate with our team to ensure the smooth execution of the decoration service.

4.6.2. handicroft reserves the right to adjust or modify the decoration setup based on on-site considerations, without compromising the overall aesthetic.

 

5. Temporary Tattoo Stickers

5.1. handicroft offers a variety of temporary tattoo stickers.

5.2. The description and images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

5.3. Temporary tattoo stickers may vary slightly in colour and design from images displayed on the website.

5.5.3. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents or claims that may occur during or after the use of our temporary tattoo stickers.

 

6. Orders and Payment

6.1. To place an order, you may be required to provide personal information, including name, address, and payment details.

6.2. Orders will be processed upon payment confirmation.

6.3. Full payment is required for all products and services. Additional charges may apply for customisations or add-ons.

6.4. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  

7. Meetups

7.1. We offer meetup options for customers to collect their purchased products, except for products stated otherwise.

7.2. During check out, the dates and timings available for meetups will be shown in the calendar popup and you may select your preferred timing. 

7.3. We only do meetups at Admiralty MRT or Ang Mo Kio MRT, depending on the product purchased. 

7.4. If you are driving or if it's more convenient for you to meet at our block, drop us a whatsapp message at 88216849 and we will let you know the exact address.

7.5. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time for the meetup.

7.6. Reschedule or Latecomer

7.6.1. If you are running late for our meetup or would like to reschedule, please inform us at least 30 minutes before our scheduled meetup.

7.6.2. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, you can top up $20 for grabexpress delivery arrangement by us at our convenient timing.

7.6.3. If you reschedule our meetup more than once, you can top up $20 for grabexpress delivery arrangement by us at our convenient timing.

7.6.4. Refund will not be available if 7.6.2 or 7.6.3. happens.

7.6.5. For helium balloons purchases, please inform us if you will be late or would like to reschedule at least 1 day before. We will not be able to entertain if the notice is given on the day itself when the balloons are already inflated.

7.6.6. Customers are encouraged to communicate any delays or issues in advance, and efforts will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.

7.7. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who consistently arrive late without prior notice.

 

8. Tracked Mail

8.1. For shipping within Singapore, tracked mail is charged at $3 per order. 

8.2. Orders would be shipped out within one week of purchase, tracking number will be sent to customers' email once shipped out.

8.3. We are not responsible for any damages or loss during the mailing process.

8.4. We are not responsible for any incorrect input filled wrongly that result in wrong address delivery or failed delivery.

 

9. Doorstep Delivery

9.1. Doorstep delivery is charged at $20 per order unless otherwise stated on collection or product page.

9.2. Products will be delivered from 9am to 9pm on your selected delivery day, if you want to arrange for a specific timing, reach out to us at +65 8821 6849 and we can discuss for arrangements.

9.3. Doorstep delivery before 9am and after 9pm would subject to availability and additional fees.

 

10. Returns and Refunds

10.1. Once orders are placed, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

10.2. In the unfortunate event where your products are damaged or defected, please reach out to us with a photo of the item and we will make necessary arrangements as soon as possible.

 

11. Privacy

11.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

 

12. Marketing and Social Media Usage Clause:

12.1. By purchasing products from handicroft, you agree to allow us to use images of the purchased items for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing these products on our website, social media accounts, promotional materials and other marketing channels.

12.2.We may feature your purchased items in a variety of contexts, including product galleries, promotional posts, advertisements, and customer testimonials. Rest assured, we respect your privacy, and any personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
